Egidius Dörfler (b. 1967) is the current leader of one of Germany’s premier bowmaking workshops. The Dörfler brand, originally founded by Daniel Dörfler, has been producing high-quality bows for four generations. Although the atelier is based in Germany, Dörfler bows take inspiration from François Xavier Tourte’s models. They are known for their detailed craftsmanship and exceptional playability.
