Liu Xiaowei (刘晓伟) is a Beijing-based luthier known for making finely antiqued violins and violas. He earned a Certificate of Merit for Tone at the 2018 VSA Competition, and in 2022 won Best Copy at the Nemessányi Sámuel International Violin Making Competition in Budapest.
