A well-rounded luthier and violinist, Pierre Bouteiller earned a diploma in violin performance from the College of Nicolet before completing studies at the Violin Making School of America. He spent his early career completing repairs and restorations for some of the world’s most trusted luthiers, including Peter Prier in Salt Lake City, Tobias Festls in Reutlingen, and Duv Buck and Rene Morel in New York City.

Boutellier opened his own workshop in Andover, MA. He currently leverages over three decades of violin-making experience to craft one-of-a-kind instruments, and his violins have graced concert halls across the US and Canada.
