Roger Treat began his archetier career in 1996. He studied the art of bow making with Lynn Hannings and George Rubino at the University of New Hampshire and with Rodney Mohr and Jerry Pasewicz at Oberlin College in Ohio. He crafts his bows in the French style and uses the highest quality of pernambuco wood for all of his bows.

Playing characteristics: A bow with supple flexible expressive qualities a lot like many fine French bows.
