Full Description
David Polstein and Christopher White are both well established luthiers who have their own workshops and have collaborated on instruments together since 2005. They both attended (and met each other at) the esteemed North Bennet St. School in Boston, Massachusetts. Their instruments, made individually and collaboratively, are very highly regarded within the orchestral string communities. They have both served on the board of the The American Federation of Violin and Bow Makers and both serve on the advisory board of the violin-making program at the North Bennet St. School. They have also won awards from the Violin Society of America for their instruments.
This cello has beautiful orange-brown oil varnish and is made with poplar back and sides.
